Cape town

                   "THE NEW APARTHEID "

By Franco Bertinelli.

Cape Town :   In Cape Town nowdays many people live arround townships, which are underdeveloped urban living areas. This phenomenon is common in South Africa.  Facts like this are so important to people who live in this country because southafricans remember too much apartheid . Is a difficult  moment process , blacks still are discriminate from white people. This facts have place in the present days.
For example, ocurred in the subway where white people discriminate black people inside the train and affects If they can or cannot seat.
Another example ocurred in airports. In many counters of South Africa, especially in Cape Town , blacks and whites are divided. Some toilettes are used only by black people .
So ocurred in the dinning lines of many restaurants.
Government are searching for solutions to solve this problem. This is one of many problems of the Apartheid.
In another important city, Johannesburg, the situation is similar to Cape Town.
The  " New Apartheid " is not the apartheid when Mandela lived. This is a moderm problem. They passed from apartheid to cynicism.
The trouble increased when South Africa organized the South Africa World Cup 2010. In this event, population in general, discriminated black people.
And as said in the start, actually, in Cape Town and other important cities and all over the country you see villages for blacks only, others places only for whites. In supermarkets you see only black people waiting to pay on the  same line. Apartheid did not end yet.
